1. Task
You describe what you need, the expected result and any relevant context. Please include your Odoo version and edition where applicable.
2. Technical analysis
When needed, we analyze the requirements and technical context to define a feasible solution, risks and expected effort.
3. Scope & Quote
You receive a clear specification with scope, acceptance criteria, fixed price and agreed delivery time.
4. Approval
Development starts after you approve the proposal in writing and, where required, the advance payment is received.
5. Development
We implement the agreed solution following Odoo best practices and our development standards. The agreed price does not change if the work takes us longer than estimated.
6. Testing
We test the solution against the agreed acceptance criteria. You then verify it in your Odoo environment during the agreed testing period.
7. Acceptance
The task is completed when you approve the result or the agreed testing period ends without reported issues. Anything that does not match the approved specification is fixed within the task. New or changed requirements are handled separately.
